| "Social Responsibility" is not just a phrase for Kamachi group. As the term denotes at Kamachi Group every step furnishes meaning to the community at large.
- Employment is the fundamental requisite of our nation. Employment for major percentage of people, skilled/unskilled residents in surrounding area directly or indirectly inside or outside the factory.
- Contribution of cash for Charitable, educational and other developmental activities.
- The Support offered to develop the local school of the village where the factories are located, is another milestone of achievement by the Group.
- Initializing its step in this arena, food requirement of nearly 20 old people are taken care off.
- Revamping local worship places and being a part of other religious festivals bestows them with strong bonds strengthening their relationship.

| The growth of the nation lies on the embryonic structure of our education. One of the pillars of success is development of a human. At Kamachi the wellness of human is given top priority.
- Residential accommodations for employees with recreational and subsidized canteen facilities.
- Clubs for staffs, conducting games and arranging other leisure activities and get- together are part of regular animation at Kamachi Group.
- Upgrading Infrastructure in nearby schools is the chief motive of Kamachi group. Providing clean drinking water, books, and school dresses.
- Awarding school toppers with attractive incentives and scholarships.
A village primary school was adjudged for excellent Active learning training- A model school in Tiruvallur district. Based on the remarks of Chief educational officer and SBT officials the World Bank officials also visited the school and gave similar annotations. They made written acclamation in register of the school in the year 2009-2010. |

The most important topic of consideration is every where around the world is environment. Global warming is the topic of enormous concern and deep impact. Kamachi Group has been pro-active and been registered with United Nations Geneva for carbon credits. Few other credentials are:
- Quality assured raw material to control
pollution.
- Green belts all around the complex
to reduce dust and smoke, assuring healthy
environment.
- Recycling entire process waste and
turning them into wealth by producing
power, bricks etc.
- Active participation in suggesting
and implementing environment protection
measures to industries in the surrounding
areas.
- For every 5 m.t sold, a tree sapling
would be donated to ensure green growth.
This translates into 4000 trees a year
considering production capacity of Kothari
TMT at 4 Lakh m.t. per annum.
